The study abroad fair was a great way to get started out with our future plans while just getting used to the school. It happened a few weeks after all the freshmen entered the school, so to have the opportunity to see all the possibilities in the future was just a really nice experience. I’ve only ever heard of study abroad for passing or people talking about it online, so when I walked in and saw a bunch of signs stating the different countries and programs I was really excited. I noticed that they had programs for all majors, as well as specifics like theatre, stem, political science, etc. I walked in and started going to all the booths, getting information, taking pictures, looking at past explorations other students did, and it was a lot but also really cool at the same time. Since I’m interested in theatre, I looked over in that section and saw all the places I could go: Italy, London, and more. I even went with my friends and we started thinking about all the fun we could have in one of these countries together. Overall it was a fun and enlightening experience that made me really excited about future semesters.
